These terms govern your use of the Distrik website and our services. By booking, purchasing, or paying through this site you agree to them.

01Who we are

Distrik ("Distrik", "we", "us") is a performance recovery studio, café and retail space in Canggu, Bali, operated by our registered Indonesian company (PT PMA). You can reach us at hello@distrikath.com or on WhatsApp at +62 819 9480 1516. Our address is Jl. Raya Babakan Canggu No.4, Canggu, Kec. Kuta Utara, Kabupaten Badung, Bali 80351.

02What we offer

• Recovery — recovery and wellness sessions (Recover, Perform, Move and Compression), booked by time and duration.
• Fuel — our café: coffee, juices, food and drinks.
• Supply — retail products and merchandise.
• IV Therapy & Blood Work — provided by our licensed medical partner, HUMAN+. These are medical services delivered and supervised by the partner; Distrik provides the space and booking only.

Current services and prices are shown on our booking pages and in-store, in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

03Bookings & payment

• Recovery sessions can be reserved online. At checkout you may pay a deposit or the full amount; any remaining balance is due at your appointment.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Xendit (cards, QRIS, e-wallets and bank transfer). Distrik does not store your full card details.
• All prices are in IDR and include applicable taxes and charges unless stated otherwise.
• Your booking is confirmed once payment is received and you receive confirmation from us.

04Cancellations, reschedules & refunds

Cancellations, reschedules and refunds are covered by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.

05Health & safety

• Please disclose any relevant health conditions before your session. You take part in recovery activities at your own risk.
• IV therapy and blood work are medical services provided by our partner HUMAN+ and are subject to their clinical assessment and consent process.
• We may refuse or stop a service where we believe it is unsafe or inappropriate.

06Your conduct

Please arrive on time and treat our team, guests and space with respect. We may decline service for behaviour that is unsafe, abusive or disruptive.

07Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, Distrik is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

08Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the Distrik name, logo, text and imagery — belongs to Distrik and may not be used without our written permission.

09Privacy

We collect the details you give us (such as name, contact and booking information) to manage your bookings, take payment and provide our services. Payment data is handled by Xendit under their security standards. We do not sell your personal data.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

11Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your booking or purchase.
